Happy Thanksgiving!

Psalm 118

1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.

Today we reflect on our lives and are thankful for all God has done to bless us. As most people would say, I am thankful for my family. My wonderful wife, Becky, who has taught me so much about being a better Christian, and my three boys, who have shown me wonder as well as taught me patience. But, I am most thankful for my relationship with Jesus. This year I have felt His presence in my life more than any other. He has called me to service before, but has now opened my heart and mind to trust Him to lead me and my family to whatever He has in store for us.

Please pray for my family as we begin a journey following God’s plan for us. In June we will be heading to the American Indian Field in Peoria, Arizona for a month. Pray that God opens our hearts and minds during this short experience to see His bigger plan. This is a huge step for us and we are trusting Him to open the doors and meet our needs.
